Terms and Privacy Policy
POMBLY TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY 1. Who we are. Pombly is operated by Knofty Consultancy Services Ltd., Hong Kong. These terms govern your use of pombly.com and the Pombly service. 2. The service. Pombly arranges for postcards and letters to be posted on your behalf by independent local Contributors around the world. Delivery times are estimates and ordinary mail is not tracked. 3. Your data. We store your name, email address and order details (addressee, address and message) so that your orders can be fulfilled. Saved addresses in your address book are visible only to you and to our operations team. Order details are shared only with the Contributor who posts your item and our operations team. We never sell your data. 4. Payments. Payments are made by Wise transfer and are confirmed manually by our operations team before an order is dispatched. 5. Content. You must not ask for anything unlawful, hateful or harassing to be written or sent. The operations team may reject such orders without refund. 6. Cancellations. Draft orders can be deleted at any time. Once payment is confirmed and an order is dispatched to Contributors it can no longer be cancelled. 7. Contact. Terms and Conditions
POMBLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING CONTRIBUTOR CODE OF CONDUCT) 1. Accounts. You must provide accurate details when signing up. Accounts found to be fraudulent are suspended and the email address blacklisted. 2. Contributor accounts. Contributors must be at least 18 years old. New Contributor accounts start locked until a proof card posted to our office confirms the Contributor's address. The operations team unlocks accounts on arrival of the card. 3. Contributor obligations. Accepted jobs must be posted within 5 working days, with a photo of the stamped, addressed item uploaded as proof before posting. Failure to complete accepted jobs may lead to a warning flag or suspension. 4. Earnings. On accepting an order a Contributor is credited the postcard and stamp cost for their country plus the Contributor payout for that country. Amounts are held in the Pombly wallet and paid out via Wise or bank transfer. 5. Conduct. Contributors must treat order contents as confidential, never alter a member's message, and never contact addressees. 6. Fair use. The operations team may delay dispatch visibility for accounts over the monthly earnings cap or carrying a warning flag. 7. Contact. Questions: info@pombly.com.
