Where your money goes
We pay Contributors different rates according to local postage and living costs. The majority of every order goes directly to the person who buys the card, writes it and posts it.
Our longer-term aim is to channel US$1,000,000 to people across the Global South, with additional payments to Contributors in other countries as the network grows.
This is not a donation scheme. It is a fair payment for real work — the time, travel and care that turn your message into a genuine piece of local mail.

Typical delivery
Within a region ~2–5 working days; intercontinental ~5–15. Contributors post within 5 working days of accepting your order. Ordinary postcards aren't tracked anywhere in the world — instead, you can watch your order's status move from pending contributor to accepted to mailed right in your dashboard.
